Meet Dr. SreyRam Kuy (MD, MHS '09)

Assistant Professor of Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine

The YaleWomen Houston Chapter invites you to attend a unique event on December 8 with special guest Dr. SreyRam Kuy (MD, MHS ’09) that will combine holiday festivities with the latest surgical trends.

You are invited to join us for our third annual Holiday Cookie Exchange. This year, we will have a very special presentation on Healthcare Technology and Surgical Innovation, featuring Dr. SreyRam Kuy, MD, MHS ’09, which includes free lunch from Escalante's courtesy of Intuitive Surgical. Please bring a friend or invite others (even those under 18 but please use discretion) who’d be interested in learning about robotic surgery!

After the cookie exchange, Dr. Kuy will take us on a journey through the world of cutting-edge robotic surgery, and you can jump in for a hands-on interactive experience! Don’t worry, there’s no blood or dissection – it’s a fun surgical simulation model. Intuitive Surgical is a global technology leader in minimally invasive care and the pioneer of robotic-assisted surgery with a mission to make surgery more effective, less invasive and easier on surgeons, patients and their families.

NOTE: We are collecting voluntary donations for the Houston Area Women’s Center, so please consider participating in our drive!

COOKIE EXCHANGE
Here’s how a cookie exchange works: Bring cookies and a container. When we start, everyone fills their container with any mix of treats they like – it’s the gift that keeps on giving. Bring at least a dozen of one kind to the exchange (home-made or store-bought – no pressure!) and get back 20.

We hope to see you there! YaleWomen Houston Chapter
