Please join us to celebrate Yale summer interns' stay in Houston

All Yale Club members, Yale summer interns, and their employers are cordially invited to celebrate the Bulldogs interns and support the internship program with and evening of summer socializing and delicious food at the newly remodeled Briar Club. Following a cocktail hour, our summer interns will offer presentations on their summer work and experiences in Houston during a seated dinner.


When:  Thursday, July 14

Time:   6:00 - 8:30 pm

            6-7:00 Socializing and Cocktails (cash bar)

            7-8:30 Dinner, presentations, dessert

MENU:  Please indicate your choice of entree and dessert in the RSVP.

First Course: Bibb lettuce salad with poached pear, blue cheese and golden raising

Entree choice of:

1) Miso Salmon, fried rice and chef's choice of stir fried vegetables, OR

2) Chicken Paillard with artichoke, Roma tomatores, capers and lemon butter accompanied by chef's choice of seasonal vegetables and starch

Dessert choice of:

1) Chocolate layer cake with chocolate covered strawberries, OR

2) House Special: Pecan Ball (vanilla ice cream rolled in pecans and topped with chocolate and caramel sauces)


Non-member: $50

Member: $40

Young Alum: $30 for members who graduated undergrad 2006 or later
